Sigma Makeup? and Babyliss Curling Tongs Spree

Hey guys! :D

This is exciting, look what i found!

Sigma now has their own makeup line! (: How cool is that!

Is anybody here planning to try them out? They do look pretty awesome! (:

Anyway, is anybody interested in a Babyliss Pro curling tong spree?

They should be about S$80+ quoted by my supplier, and i would need >12 orders to cap it.

There will be 3 sizes for the curling tongs so you can decide based on how big you'd want your curls to be (:

I'm planning to get the ceramic ones because they dont spoil the hair and are of really good quality! I don't wanna risk my hair on a cheap product so i think it would be really good to invest in a good one.

And i have dealt with the supplier before, and if i hold this spree i will go down personally to their office to collect the goods, and i should be paying on the spot as well, so no worries about being scammed or whatever (: I have bought their flat irons and i've been using it for more than a year now! It is really of high quality and it's cheaper than the prices outside because they wholesale, that's why i'd want to go back to them to buy again! (:

Would anybody be interested? (: Need to test for response first before i open the spree, but i'm really really hoping to get it because i need one myself! xD

Taking a break from all the crazy notes, so here i am with a (little more interesting) post!

Since i got a plastic box from Daiso the other time, i decided to make it my essential kit, sort of, and put in all the stuff that i reach out for all the time :D

The brushes aren't actually in the kit because i put them together with the rest of the brushes in my mac brush roll, but since i consider them to be my essentials im including them here as well! xD

Let me start with the brushes :D

My essential brushes are definitely the 187 and the 109 (: Since im always just putting on face stuff because i simply have no time to my eyes ):

187 brush:
I used to reach out for this to apply my edm blushes and all because you know how 187 picks up just enough color from loose blushes and all so i don't look like my cheeks are burnt or anything (: Love it for that! But recently since i started using liquid foundation, i've been using this to apply that and it does give an airbrushed look. Except that my skin is so dry that sometimes when i put on foundation it looks like its flaking :( help, anyone?

109 brush:
This brush is awesomeee, i really really like it! I use this for contouring, and sometimes blush, but this is so dense and it feels really soft. :D love it for contouring! Easy to place color below the cheek bone, as well as good to buff it out with. Yay (:

Chanel primer and Mat Lumiere Liquid Foundation:
Did a review here previously (: so i don't have much to elaborate on, heh!

Anna Sui Eyelash Curler:
Got this quite awhile back! It's pretty, and it's pretty good i think, but then again i haven't tried other eyelash curlers? Haha :D Actually got this because the packaging and all is just damn pretty, i love Anna Sui stuff (:

MAC blush in Harmony:
My contour shade! (: Got this during the F&F sale back in june/july-ish, actually wanted Emote? But it's discontinued ): This works good though! I use this all the time! It's not too dark or anything. Would definitely consider repurchasing this, but it doesn't seem to be hitting pan anytime soon xD

Lipsticks:
I don't have many so i just throw them in there HAHA but i lovelovelovelove Madly Creative <3 and i'm actually scared i'll finish using it cause it's LE! ):

EDM Brushes:
I use the Kabuki to buff out blushes or anything, and i use the Flat Top to put on the prep+prime translucent finishing powder, and buff out everything else (: They're so crazily soft and feels super nice on the skin, like um pillow. or something. :D

MAC Studio Sculpt Concealor and Monistat Chafing Gel:
I use them together to prevent caking up of the concealor! The monistat chafing gel really helps to make the concealor glide on smoothly and all (: i like. Anyway i'm only left with the 5g jar for myself after selling all the samples, hahaha. Though i only have to use so little each time that i'm even wondering when i'll be able to finish using it. The Studio Sculpt concealor is creamy and i like it, just that somehow it doesn't seem to be concealing my dark circles completely, maybe just lightening it i guess?

ELF mascara:
Well i don't actually really use this, but i tried it and it's really awesome, doesnt clump and curls my lashes quite nicely (: Also slightly volumizes my lashes, i think i'll be using this after my exams! :D IMHO, i think this is better than the Majolica Majorca mascara that i used to have. Haha.

MAC Prep+Prime Translucent Finishing Powder:
I really really like this! It blurs out fine lines and all, and it definitely 'finishes' the look. I use this after my liquid foundation, so yeah (: I don't think this is a definite 'must-have', it's a really good-to-have product (:

Review: TBS Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Butter

Hello! Decided i should do some reviews because i've havent been doing them for pretty long already!

Anyway i got this body butter from The Body Shop a couple of weeks back, and tadaaaa!

Description on the box:

Delightful skin softening with cherry blossom extract. NORMAL SKIN.

Product: 4.5/5

Smells really good, i loveeeee the scent (which is kinda the reason why i bought it anyway, besides the point that i needed a body moisturizer) :D It's really rich, and it's definitely really darn moisturizing because it's like a really thick whip cream (: My legs used to be damn dry and all and i do see improvements in my skin and it's not as dry as it used to be, so yeah YAY!! :D I even bought a backup for this in case i run out. HAHA but i think it can probably last me for damn long.

Price: 2.5/5

It's $32.90! which is quite expensive i guess? but with the body shop member discount i think it's a 10 or 15% off so i guess you get to save abit on it (: and it's quite a big tub leh! It's 200ml (6.7oz, 192g). so yeah okay la not bad!

Would I recommend this?: Yup! Go get it girls!

Would I repurchase?: Heh i already did :O

Prom Haul (: + suggestions?

Hello! Hmm because i'm J2 this year and prom night is scheduled a couple of days after A levels, i had to get my prom dress and accessories right after prelims before mugging all over again. And i actually picked a dress within 1-2h of shopping (at night, like after mugging) haha. And here are the stuff i got over 2 days last last week (i think).

So first up my dress! It's really hard to take a picture of the dress and show the details at the same time, so i took the picture from bebe's website to show you guys xD

Haha pretty? :D I really really like it! and my hugeeeeee arms dont look so huge in this i think (: so yay! it's really expensive though, it was $299 in stores. I didn't want to get online cause I dont know how long shipping will take, plus it's hard to get a bebe spree, so if i ordered it myself plus the shipping it would be wayyyy more expensive than $299. And i wanted to check the dress too, just in case! So.. yeah.

And next up my accessories! I got earrings from Juicy Couture! (:

Yeah so im planning to wear these together on prom night, but, WHAT SHOES? ):

I have a black pair of wedges, something like this:

But not quite exactly like it, the back of the wedge is abit curvier i think, and the front is kind of sharper. Would it match? SIGH omg actually im hoping to somehow find a black with gold heels one, you get what i mean? ):
